13 Nassau is a four-bedroom home.

Four-bedroom homes can be hard to find in Verona–and in many older towns for that matter. Families didn’t think twice about doubling up their kids in bedrooms when our houses were built 70 or 80 years ago.

Now, everybody wants their own space, and that can leave buyers having to remodel an attic space or put on an addition. But this weekend’s real estate listings for Verona include four four-bedroom homes, one of which is a new listing. The remaining three all have lower prices, and all four are priced under $500,000. Take a look at what’s listed, from lowest-priced to highest in each category.
