County Executive DiVincenzo Could Face Fines For Campaign Spending

NJ.com is reporting that Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo faces the prospect of big fines for allegedly misusing campaign funds at least 51 times from 2010 to 2012.

According to the news site, DiVincenzo used campaign funds to pay for trips to Puerto Rico, sporting events, a tuxedo, parking tickets and other things. The Election Law Enforcement Commission issued a 13-count complaint, which you can read here.
