There are seven new real estate listings in Verona this week, and more than half of them are in condominium buildings. Three of those might be thought of as starter units, since they have only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, but they are a fresh start since all have been updated in some way for the current market. There’s also a new listing at Claridge II, a full-service building on Verona’s eastern ridge that has valet parking and an outdoor pool.

9 Sutton Place: 4 beds, 3 baths. Country kitchen, screened porch. Brookdale section. $569,000.
54 Afterglow Avenue: 3 beds, 3 1/2 baths. Renovated master suite with walk-in closet. For sale by owner. $825,000.
