15MorningsideThe weekend may not look like much weather-wise, but things are bright and sunny on the Verona real estate scene. There are four new listings for condos and single-family homes, five open houses and two homes with lower prices.

If you see something you like, you’d be well advised to jump on it quickly. Statistics for the first half of the year show that the average Verona listing was on the market for fewer days than its counterpart in 2012 and 31% of the closings in the first half were for more than the final asking price.
