After only one year of working together, Lenny Shriber and The Shriber Real Estate Team of Prudential New Jersey Properties in Verona ended 2012 as the 2nd top agent in New Jersey. Prudential New Jersey Properties has more than 650 sales associates in 19 offices in northern and central New Jersey.
Lenny was excited to hear the news at last weeks’ Prudential’s countdown breakfast. “Finishing our first year together as #2 is an accomplishment that we are very proud of. The spring market has been great. We are definitely going to continue our hard work and spread the word that we really are a special team.”
The word is spreading quickly about how strong the real estate market is in Verona and all of the West Essex area, fueled by low inventory and low interest rates.
