During the week of April 14, the Verona Public Library joins libraries in communities nationwide in celebrating National Library Week, a time to highlight the value of libraries, librarians and library workers.
Verona Library is offering four special programs for children during this special week:
Monday 4/15 6:30 PM
Bedtime Math Pajama Party! Ages 6-9. Wear your pj’s and play fun math games. Take home party favors and a Bedtime Math Calendar to keep the fun going. Program developed by the Bedtime Math Foundation.
Tuesday 4/16 10AM
Snapology! Ages 3-6. The popular Lego masters will be here with loads of bricks and new ideas for design.
Wednesday 4/17 10AM
Music Together! Birth through age 6. Families share songs, instrument play, rhythm chants and movement activities in a relaxed, playful, non-performance-oriented setting.
Thursday 4/18 4PM
After-School Bingo! All ages. Play bingo library style, where everyone WINS! Lots of prizes.
