Slawski Earns Spot At State Geography Bee

Nicolas-Slawski-BeeH.B. Whitehorne seventh grader Nicolas Slawski is a finalist for this year’s New Jersey state competition for the National Geographic Society’s National Geography Bee for a second year in a row.

Should Slawski win the state Bee on April 5, he will qualify for the country-wide geography bee that is held in Washington, D.C. The national bee is scheduled for May 20 to 22.
