MyVeronaNJ-Taxes22. Revenue Revue: There’s another workshop on Tuesday for the 2013 town budget. This one focuses on so-called ratables: i.e. how much we’ve got in the way of taxable property in Verona, and what it’s likely to bring in. Martin has hinted that our ratables have fallen again, which means that no matter how limited the town and public school budgets are, they will cost each of us more. The workshop is at Town Hall at 7 p.m. Right now, the municipal budget is flat and the Board of Education is planning a 2.5% increase.
