3. 176-200 Bloomfield Avenue, Again: On Thursday, March 14, the Board of Adjustment goes into its tenth month of hearings on a proposal to turn two lots on the eastern end of Bloomfield Avenue into a mixed-used development. A planner representing two residents near the site raised substantial questions about it at the last meeting, including the assertion that it had far fewer parking spaces than it should be required to have.
