What Verona lacks in new residential real estate listings this week it makes up in open houses. There are just two homes that are new to the market–well actually 1 1/2 since 46 Park Avenue was on the market for a time last year. But there are five open houses in Verona, ranging from a condo and a cape to two houses that are substantially larger.
And in what may be a harbinger of better days ahead for sellers, there are no listings with lower prices this weekend.
