Gov. Chris Christie will give a speech on the state budget today, Tuesday February 26, at 3 p.m. and NJTV will stream it live. You can watch it through the screen below. The governor, who is enjoying historically high approval ratings and is seeking re-election, faces a $3 billion structural deficit.
