Connie Pifher of the Verona Health Department has let us know that Eastern Dental, which has 21 offices in New Jersey, will be offering free dental care for kids ages 4 to 12Â this Friday, February 1.
If your child is without insurance or is an NJ Family Care recipient, you can call 800-982-5589 to make an appointment. No walk-ins will be allowed. The services that can be provided on Friday include oral hygiene instruction, screenings, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, fluoride treatments and stainless steel crowns, among others. Parents or guardians must be present with the child at the time of the visit.
