Pat Liska's photo of Verona Cheerleaders' Friday Night Lights Project

Photographer: Pat Liska

The Verona High School cheerleaders held a new fundraiser this fall called Friday Night Lights. They sold luminary kits that were to be placed outside on the night before Verona’s first home football game. Based on the participation this year, we’re expecting that it will be part of Verona’s fall traditions for many years to come. The girls lined up with their luminaries and Pat Liska captured the scene for today’s “Verona View”.
