With temperatures likely to exceed 100 degrees this weekend, Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. has announced that Codey Arena–South Mountain Arena to you oldtimers–will be open as a cooling center on Saturday, July 7, and Sunday, July 8.
The West Orange arena will be open to the public on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
