Prices cuts are happening less frequently on houses in Verona, but they have not gone away entirely. And this weekend, there have been substantial changes to the prices of several homes. The asking price for 68 Morningside Road has been lowered by $80,000, a drop of nearly 12%. 276 Fairview Avenue, one of the large homes opposite Verona Pool, is now $101,000 cheaper.
