Verona LIVE, the program for senior citizens and near-seniors in town, is holding a health workshop for those age 60 and up. In “Normal Aging: What to Expect”, Dr. Everett Schlam, an internist at Mountainside Hospital, will talk about what is and isn’t inevitable as we age and about healthy habits that are good preventive medicine.
The talk will be held on Tuesday, April 17, at 10 a.m. in the Verona Community Center at 880 Bloomfield Avenue. The talk is free, but you should call 973-830-0096 to RSVP.
