The old band bus

The Verona Music Parents Association is working mightily to replace the maroon bus that hauled marching band equipment around for so many years.

On Sunday, April 15, the VMPA will throw a jazz brunch at McLoone’s Boathouse from noon to 3 p.m. to raise funds for  the band’s new equipment trailer. Tickets are $45 per person and all proceeds will be go toward replacing the maroon bus in time for marching band season and other music program needs. In addition to music, the brunch will also feature raffle prizes, a 50/50 and a grand prize.

If you want to attend, you can download this ticket order form and return it to the VMPA c/o 14 Newman Avenue, Verona, NJ 07044 along with a check made out to the VMPA. You can also use the form to make a donation to the fundraising without attending the brunch. If you have questions, e-mail Lisa Violante.
