If you’ve got plans to be the next Steve Jobs, we have a group for you.

Debbie Galant, founder of Baristanet, and Saul Hansell, a technology journalist with big plans for Internet TV, have started a Meetup group for local tech entrepreneurs. The initial meeting was held in Montclair on Tuesday night and the crowd included coders, video producers, entrepreneurs, angel investors and leading Web-based publishers like MyVeronaNJ.com.

If you want to get in on the next gathering, check out Montclair Tech and Media Startups.
