AARP is looking to recruit individuals that would like to become AARP Community Outreach Volunteers. The volunteers go out into the community on behalf of AARP and provide information about programs for people age 50 and older. Interested individuals will also learn about “You’ve Earned a Say,” and how AARP is making sure the voices of those who have paid into Medicare and Social Security are heard.

AARP is kicking off the program with a training session at the Verona Community Center on Tuesday, April 3. This is a free event with a complimentary breakfast and lunch. If you are interested, please RSVP to 877-926-8300.
