Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. is inviting local artists and arts organizations to attend a free workshop on arts advocacy on Wednesday, March 28. The “Art Matters” workshop will be led by Anne Marie Miller, executive director of ArtPride New Jersey. It will be held at the South Orange Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m.

The free program is sponsored by the Essex County Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, the South Orange Performing Arts Center, ArtPride New Jersey and the New Jersey State Council of the Arts, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
