The trees are budding and so is the spring real estate market in Verona. There are four open houses on Sunday, March 18, and five new listings, including a three-family home that backs up onto the Elk woods. And, as is still way too common in the Verona residential real estate market, there are three homes with lower prices.  Happy looking, happy buying.
