Verona teacher and president of the NJ Water Color Society, Ann C. Taylor, will lead an all-day workshop on March 31 on the techniques of watercolor pouring to add a more luminous, spontaneous and fluid effect to paintings. The class is for intermediate to advanced watercolorists and will be held at the Village Studio Workshop in The Village Mall. That is located in Livingston at the Route 10 traffic circle.
