Brianna N. Theobald, of Verona, is participating in St. Lawrence University‘s International Study Program for the spring 2012 semester. Theobald, a member of the class of 2013 at St. Lawrence, is studying in China. She graduated from Verona High School.
While in Shanghai, Theobald is continuing to study courses in her major of Mathamatics/Economics with a minor in Asian Studies. She has been studying Mandarin since first grade at Forest Avenue Elementary School in Verona. The St. Lawrence program includes a homestay, so Theobald can practice her Chinese with her host mother, father and 13-year-old sister.
The 2,300 students at St. Lawrence University have the option to study in programs in Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, France, India, Italy, Japan, Kenya, New Zealand, Spain, Thailand, and Trinidad/Tobago.
