Verona resident Kurt Siegelin is the morning anchor of News 12 New Jersey. On Thursday, February 16, he received three nominations from the New York Emmy® Awards. His station received a total of 20 from the New York chapter of the Emmy organization.
Siegelin received two nominations as a reporter for “The Lone Bugler and Legion of Honor Recipient” (November 11, 2010) and “Union County Seal and State Archives Tour” ( February 16, 2011). The third nomination was for a commentary segment, “Three Things to Know” (February 19, 2011).
The 55th Annual New York Emmy® Awards will be presented at a gala in Manhattan on Sunday, April 1.
