Over the past two years, I’ve cooked, tasted, photographed, and posted 56 slow cooker recipes for our Crock It! series on this site and I’m not done yet. There are still plenty more to come. Just as a teaser, one that I’m working on I’ve made four times already and while it’s close, it’s just not quite there yet. But when it is, it will be worth trying. I promise. It involves chocolate.
Of those 56 recipes, some are my favorites that I make over and over, others are your favorites. So why should I have all the fun? Join me in the Slow Cooker Showdown contest from Dinner Tool. Submit your own original recipes and let’s do this together. I know you have them! The grand prize is $1,000 and a new slow cooker. There are some rules and technical requirements, but generally speaking the contest is pretty straight forward. The contest runs through February 16 so there’s still time to get your recipes in.
