Last summer, the girls of the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit went on a volunteer mission to an underprivileged area of western Virginia. They discovered there that the prom dresses hanging in their own closets never to be worn again might be “dream dresses” for high school girls in that region.
So the Holy Spirit teens have set a goal to collect as many fancy dresses (and related accessories) as possible by February 13. If you have something that could help, please bring it to Holy Spirit, which is located at 36 Gould Street across from the middle school field.
