The Verona Foundation for Educational Excellence is holding a fundraising dinner at Avenue Bistro Pub on Thursday, February 9. VFEE is a registered non-profit that has funded many improvements to education in Verona, including the new broadcast journalism studio at Verona High School and e-books at the middle school.
The evening will feature a four-course meal prepared by Avenue Bistro Chef Michael DiIonno (a winner of Food Network’s “Chopped” competition), and each course will be paired with wine. The event begins at 7 p.m. and the cost is $65 a person
