6th Graders Defeat West Orange

Last night was a battle of two undefeated teams in the 6th grade Suburban Boys Basketball league. In a thrilling battle, Verona came out on top in overtime by defeating West Orange by a score of 53-45. The score of the game, which was played in West Orange, was 45-45 at the end of regulation. Verona then took over and outscored West Orange 8-0 in the overtime period. With the victory, Verona improves to 6-0 while West Orange now stands at 7-1.
