WINGS, the Verona-based cancer support group, is holding its monthly meeting on Tuesday, January 17. The program will focus on chair yoga, led by Verona yoga instructor and massage therapist Andrea Silk. The event, which is free, will be held at the Verona Community Center and runs from 7 to 9 p.m. For more information, see WINGS’ Web site.
