Baristanet is reporting that a Verona teen was stabbed in the chest early yesterday morning in Montclair. The incident occurred shortly before 2 a.m. near the Erie Saloon on Depot Square. The victim, whose name was not released, was transported to University Hospital in Newark, which has not released details on his status. The assailant got away, but police say they are seeking a white man with an olive complexion, 5’9”-5’10”, with blond shoulder-length dreadlocks, thin build, and no facial hair. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored jacket and a blue bandana.
