Herbert D. Goldblatt, the longtime owner and operator of the Richfield Regency, passed away on Friday, December 9, in Cedar Grove. A service for him will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, December 12, at Congregation Neve Shalom in Metuchen. The Star Ledger has the full obituary here.
