On Saturday, December 10, Ann C. Taylor, a Verona art teacher and president of the New Jersey Water Color Society, will lead an all-day workshop on the techniques of watercolor pouring for intermediate to advanced watercolorists, to add a more luminous, spontaneous and fluid effect to paintings.
