Only one open house this week, but five new listings and four homes with newly lowered prices. There’s also a storied piece of Verona’s commercial property for sale. The building that houses Henry’s Fine Foods and the business’ parking lot have been listed for $1.4 million. The Henry’s property was remodeled a few years back to include an apartment above the store. It has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fireplace and a deck.

Price Cuts
22 Martin Road: 3 bed, 2 bath. Split-level with finished basement. Now $310,000 after a $9,000 cut.
89 Claremont Avenue: 5 beds, 3 baths. First and second floor decks. Now $329,900 after a $20,000 cut.
21 Floyd Road: 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Updated kitchen, Trex deck. Now $359,900 after a $20,000 cut.
