Only one open house this week, but five new listings and four homes with newly lowered prices. There’s also a storied piece of Verona’s commercial property for sale. The building that houses Henry’s Fine Foods and the business’ parking lot have been listed for $1.4 million. The Henry’s property was remodeled a few years back to include an apartment above the store. It has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fireplace and a deck.

Here are the residential properties, from lowest priced to highest in each category.
