The Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit is encouraging children ages 3-12 to join in its annual Christmas pageant. Rehearsals will start the Monday afternoon after Thanksgiving, November 28, and continue on December 5 and 12. The dress rehearsal is December 17 at 4 p.m., right before the annual Hanging of the Greens, Potluck Supper and Tricky Tray, a set of holiday traditions at Holy Spirit.
The actual performance will be held during the 9:30 a.m. worship service on December 18, which is the last Sunday of Advent. Parents are encouraged to attend rehearsals to help with whatever suits them best: wardrobe, scripts, scene and/or song preparation. There will also be a need for help with set up and clean up at rehearsals and the final performance.
