There are four new listings in Verona real estate this weekend, including one of the first houses ever built here, 110 Claremont Avenue. There are also four open houses, and three homes with lower prices. Here’s what’s up from lowest to highest priced in each category.

New Listings

54 Park Avenue: 1 bed, 1 bath condo. Completely renovated. $149,000
2 Claridge Drive #4NW: 2 bed, 2 bath condo. Just over 1,700 square feet. $310,000
110 Claremont Avenue: 4 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Built in the early 1800s but modernized for the 21st century. $569,000.
2 Upland Way: 3 beds 2 1/2 baths. Move-in ready with spacious outdoor patio. Open House Sunday 2 to 4 p.m. $749,000

Open Houses
365 Bloomfield Ave #9B: 1 bed, 1 bath condo. Recently cut by $9,000 to $160,000. Open Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.
26 Hillside Avenue: 3 beds, 1 bath. Recently cut by $6,000 to $299,000. Open Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.
82 Franklin Street: 3 beds, 2 baths. Recently cut by $20,500 to $329,000. Open Sunday noon to 4 p.m.
2 Upland Way, Verona NJ: 3 beds 2 1/2 baths. Move-in ready with spacious outdoor patio. Open Sunday 2 to 4 p.m. $749,000.

Lower Prices

26 Hillside Avenue: 3 beds, 1 bath. Recently cut by $6,000 to $299,000. Open Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.
42 Oakridge Road: 3 beds, 1 bath. Second price cut this fall takes it to $319,000.
109 Forest Avenue: 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths. First listed last year at $399,000; now $378,000 after a $9,000 cut.
