It’s hard to believe that just one week ago Verona was getting back on its feet after the snowstorm. Kids took the delayed Halloween in stride, and went to school last Friday in dozens of imaginative costumes, which Treesh Ramsthaler captured at Brookdale Avenue school .
But careful, there may still be gremlins about: A transformer fire on Park Avenue last night cut power to several blocks on the east side of town for several hours.
