Lower Prices, Open Houses

While the snow was falling last weekend, so were the prices on several Verona houses, some by as much as $40,000. There are six open houses today, but we’re going to start with the price cuts, listed as always from lowest to highest priced.

Price Cuts
284 Claremont Avenue #A3: 1 bed, 1 bath condo. Cut by $4,900 to $175,000.
1 Claridge Drive #708: 2 bed, 2 bath. Now $229,000 after a $40,000 cut.
2 Claridge Drive: 1 bed, 1 bath. Cut by $24,900 to $275,000.
82 Franklin Street: 3 bed, 2 bath. Cut by $20,500 to $329,000.
45 Otsego Road: 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths, backs up to Laning school. Now $339,000 after a $30,000 cut.
68 Lynwood Road: 4 bed, 2 bath cape. Now $349,900 after a $10,000.
83 Morningside Road:3 bed, 2 baths. Now $479,000 after a $16,000 cut.
27 Lakeview Place: 3 bed, 2 bath house on Verona Park. Now $519,000 after a $40,000 cut.New Listings
4 Claridge Drive 2 bed, 2 bath oversize condo with 1,824 square feet of living space. $310,000.
109 South Prospect Street: 3 bed, 1 bath colonial. Bay window, flat lot. $374,900.

Open Houses
365 Bloomfield Avenue #9B: 1 bed, 1 bath condo. $160,000. Open Sunday November 6, from noon to 4 p.m.
68 Lynwood Road: 4 bed, 2 bath. Priced at $349,900 after a recent $10,000 price cut. Open noon to 4 p.m.<
11 Morningside Road: 3 bed, 2 bath cape with cathedral ceiling. $349,500. Open 2 to 4 p.m.
3 Otis Place: 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. $363,900. Open 2 to 4 p.m.
106 Park Avenue: 3 bed, 2 bath. Near Verona Park. $489,900. Open 1 to 4 p.m.
12 Stonewood Parkway: 4 bed, 2 1/2/ bath. $499,900. Open 2 to 4 p.m.
