Verona Yoga and Wellness Center is holding their first Kidyasa event where mom and daughter can escape all aspects of our daily chaos, even if for only two hours. This mother-daughter “Kidyasa” will feature a yoga class, a workshop discussing self confidence and self esteem among other things, a craft and a fabulous goody bag. The event is geared for girls ages 7 to 10.
The class will take place from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 15 at Verona Yoga, which is located at 546 Bloomfield Avenue across from Lakeside Avenue. Admission is $45 for both mom and daughter.
Space is limited to 10 pairs, so register on Verona Yoga’s Web site to attend.
