The 10th Annual Latino Heritage Family Festival will be held at the Newark Museum on Sunday, October 16, from 1 to 4 pm. There will be music, dance, performance, art projects
gallery tours and food, and the musical centerpiece of the day’s festivities will be Sammy Galvez & the Latin All-Stars. The group, which performs at 2:30 p.m., is a master of the samba, mambo, bomba, meringue, bachata and cumbia. Salsa and cha cha lessons will be given.
