Halloween With Rhinestones At Main Street Cottage

Share post:

Main Street Cottage is pulling out the bling for Halloween. Owner Debbie Curran Galife has gotten in a new line of decorative pumpkins, and they are quite a departure from her usual home design items. Some are dotted with rhinestones, some are covered in black lace–and they are casts of pumpkins, which means they won’t turn to mush even after Halloween is over.

But if this is too flashy for you, don’t worry: Galife’s shop is still full of folk crafts.  Main Street Cottage is at 678 Bloomfield Avenue, between Verona Diner and the Verona Post Office. It is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; there will be longer hours as we get closer to the holidays. The shop is closed Sunday and Monday.
