There are two special services coming up at First Congregational Church. On Sunday, October 9 at 10 a.m., the church will have a Blessing of the Animals. Bring your stuffed animals, pictures of animals, and, of course, your well behaved live animal companions. The service will be followed by coffee and “treats”.
Sunday, October 23, also at 10 a.m., is the church’s Homecoming Celebration. This service will include glorious vocal and instrumental music selections from Paul Winter’s “Missa Gaia.” A potluck lunch will follow. The church says, “All are welcome to see for yourselves why we are the little church with the big difference.
