The deacons of the First Presbyterian Church of Verona will sponsor the third annual “Pasta for a Cause” dinner on October 7 at 5:30 p.m. The dinner menu includes all you can eat ziti, bread, salad and desert and will be available for dining in or takeout. Water and soft drinks will also be served. Each ticket entitles the bearer to dinner, coffee/tea and a variety of homemade desserts.
Proceeds from the event directly benefit community members facing financial hardship, the Interfaith Hospitality Network and funds scholarships for qualified high school students.
The dinner costs $10 for adults and $5 for children under 10 and sSeniors. Tickets can only be purchased at the First Presbyterian Church of Verona on the day of the event. The church is located at located at 10 Fairview Avenue at the corner of Bloomfield Avenue and the building is handicap accessible. For more information please call 973-239-3561.
