Mr. Ronald E. Roth, 66, died on Friday, September 2, 2011 in Morristown. Visiting in the Prout Funeral Home, 370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona on Monday from 9 a.m. to noon.
Born in Kearny, Mr. Roth grew up in Verona and lived in Franklin Lakes prior to moving to Vernon 25 years ago. He enjoyed tennis, golf and backgammon.
He had a BA in education and a masters in school administration from Montclair State University. Mr. Roth started his career as a teacher and retired as an administrator for the West Milford Board of Education. He was also the owner of Firefly Products in Vernon, N.J.
Mr. Roth is the father of Kristan Saad and Christopher Roth, the grandfather of Kaden Saad and Zane Saad and the brother of Richard Roth and the late Robert Roth. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Nancee Roth.
