It’s a quiet weekend for Verona real estate. There’s just three open houses, four new listings and four price cuts, which can make an opportunity for buyers. When we first wrote about 114 Franklin Street last year, the asking price was $649,000. It’s now $579,000.

57 Grove Avenue: 4 beds, 3 baths, Bi-level, two-car garage. $519,000. Open Sunday 1 to 5 p.m.

New Listings
Claridge condo: 1 bed, 1 1/2 baths, renovated 2009. $299,900.
45 Otsego Road: 3 beds, 2 baths. Backs up to Laning Avenue School. $369,000.
21 Floyd Road: 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Updated kitchen, bath, deck. $414,900.
1 Claridge Drive, #308: 2 beds, 2 baths, house-size condo. $489,000

Price Cuts
8 Marion Road: 4 beds, 2 baths. Central air, finished basement. Price cut $20,000 to $379,000.
7 Vincent Place: 3 beds, 2 baths, split-level on a dead-end street. Price cut $39,500 to $399,500.
114 Franklin Street: 4 beds, 3 1/2 baths, newer construction, steps to F.N. Brown school. Price cut  $20,000 to $579,000.
