Philth Harmonic In Free Concert

Rob LaFalce contributes drums, vocals and acoustic guitar

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center is holding a series of free concerts on its outside plaza every Thursday evening in August. This Thursday, August 4, one of the featured groups will be a band created by several Verona residents, Stephanie White & The Philth Harmonic. In case you haven’t met them before, the band is percussionist-composer Robbie LaFalce, Jr., Chris Staranka on bass, Nick LaFalce on guitar, Aleks Ozolins on keyboards, Joe Schmidt on saxophone and vocalist Stephanie White, who hails from Caldwell.

NJPAC’s Sounds of the City concerts begin at 5 p.m. and end at 10 p.m. The other live music performances this Thursday are by DJ Adam Cruz, Abby Dobson, and Nelly Soriano. In addition to the live music performances, there will be a Bachata dance class with Pzazz Dance Company at 8 p.m.
