276 Linden Avenue

There are new homes for sale in Verona this weekend and new, lower prices on existing listings. But the heat has kept the open house schedule to a bare minimum: There’s only one house to tour, 276 Linden Avenue, which is back on the market with a new agent and a new, lower price. You can tour it from 4 to 6 p.m. today.

So here’s the virtual tour of what’s happening, new listings first:

14 Wedgewood Drive #17: 1 bed, 1 bath condo, updated bath, new windows. $169,900.

226 Grove Avenue: 3 beds, 2 baths, front porch, back patio. $494,000.

Price cuts:

349 Bloomfield Ave #116: 1 bed, 1 bath condo, by Verona Park. Price cut $4,790 to $210,210.
48 Brookside Terrace: 4 beds, 1 bath, updated kitchen. Price cut by $14,000 to $365,000.
15 Beechwood Road: 3 beds, 2 baths, classic woodwork, modern patio. Price cut by $20,000 to $429,000.
