Well Verona certainly has its choice of music tonight. There are Broadway tunes in the center of town and, up on the grounds of Kip’s Castle, 3 Po’ Tenors and a taste of Italy.
The Kip’s concert, which starts at 7 p.m. is courtesy of the Essex County Park System. The music will be accompanied by zeppole and gelato, and pastries from Verona’s very own DiPaolo’s Bakery.
While you are on the grounds, check out the “Citizens In Action” exhibit on the lower floor of the castle. It looks at how Essex County’s residents have campaigned for environmental change over the years. The exhibit will be on view through the end of July, on Monday through Thursday from 1 to 5 p.m.
