Quiet Sunday In Real Estate

Share post:

After last week’s real estate blowout, this is a quiet weekend in Verona. Just two new listings and seven open houses.

The new listings include 1 Claridge Dr #111, a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath condo that is priced at $349,900. The catch: it’s on the first floor, so you might not get the soaring views that come with most Claridge listings. There’s also a mystery listing. The listing agent has not put up the street address, but the house is on the Forest Avenue school side of town. It’s got 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths, lots of stone and woodwork and a finished basement, and the asking price is $489,900.

Now for the open houses, several of which are going into today’s showings with new price cuts.
