Mrs. Carolyn Wands, 80, died on Friday, June 17, 2011 in West Orange. Memorial Services will be announced at a future date.
Born in Montclair, Mrs. Wands moved to Verona 60 years ago. She was a Secretary for Henry Bowman Insurance in Verona.
Mrs. Wands was active in the Verona United Methodist Church and was formerly a Phone Dispatcher for the Verona Ambulance Unit.

Mrs. Wands is the wife of the late Charles Thomas Wands, the mother of Nancy Juniper Wands, John Brooks Wands, Ellen L. Conover and the late Thomas W. Wands. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and her sisters Betty Smith and Jean Sandin.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the United Methodist Church of Verona, 26 Montrose Avenue, Verona 07044 would be appreciated.
