One of Verona’s master chefs is among the final three contestants on Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters”. The finale is tonight at 10 p.m. and Verona’s Floyd Cardoz will be up against Mary Sue Milliken and Traci Des Jardins. Cardoz has finished second to Milliken in several of the series’ challenges, but he may have a lucky charm going into tonight’s episode. Last week, Cardoz, who is a master of spices, was selected to cook for a serviceman who likes his food plain. But the soldier was so moved by Cardoz’ effort that he paid him a special tribute. It was wonderful to see Verona’s Floyd Cardoz win Top Chef Masters. All three finalists were like artists in the preparation of the food.
